Ron Smith is the founder of Cordis House and Editor-in-Chief of the Cordis Institute. Raised in his family's HVAC business, he spent 15 years advising the owners of family-run businesses through the moments that matter most. He is a contributor to Fast Company and Forbes, and the author of Hands Like Daddy's, the inaugural title from Cordis Studio.
