Cordis House is an independent publishing house founded by Ron Smith and operated as an imprint of Cordis Global LLC. This policy explains, in plain terms, what we collect and how we handle it.

What we collect

When you write to us or sign up for The Cordis Letters, we collect the information you give us — your name, email address, and the contents of your message. We do not buy personal data, and we do not build profiles on visitors.

Newsletter signups

Email addresses entered to subscribe to The Cordis Letters are sent to Ghost, our newsletter platform, which stores and sends the letters on our behalf. A signup may also be recorded in an internal database kept by the house so we know who to write to.

How we use it

We use your information only to reply to you and to send the letters you asked for. We do not run advertising and we do not resell or rent your data to anyone.

Cookies

The site uses only essential cookies needed to make pages and forms work. There are no advertising trackers and no third-party profiling cookies.

Unsubscribe

Every letter includes a one-click unsubscribe link. Selecting it removes you from the list immediately, and you can rejoin whenever you like.
