Hands Like Daddy's (Original Song)
Ron Smith, released on Cordis Music
An original song that accompanies Hands Like Daddy's, released Father's Day 2026. A house that runs a Studio and a Music imprint records the work as well as prints it, so the story has a version you can play in the truck.
Editorial statement
A song travels where a book cannot.
Cordis Music exists because some of what the house has to say does not fit on a page. The families this house publishes for spend their days in trucks and on sites, and a song goes with them.
Each release accompanies a book on the list. The first, Hands Like Daddy’s, was released on Father’s Day, June 21, 2026, alongside the picture book. It is on Spotify, Apple Music and YouTube. The book it accompanies →
Who it is for
For the drive home.
For the kids who know Hands Like Daddy’s by heart and want to hear it, and for the parents who play it in the truck. The song and the book tell the same story in two forms.
